WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

ONLINE STORE POLICY: If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. ***We do not refund shipping charges & All sale items are FINAL.***

OUR STORE POLICY: If these condition above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 15 days from the day your purchased the goods for a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY! ***All sale items are FINAL.***


EXCHANGES
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. RETURN FORM (PDF) PRINTABLE Please thoroughly fill out the form to the best of your knowledge and enclose it with the items you wish to return/exchange in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please mark the order number clearly and legibly on the box or in a clear slip.

SUNGLASSES
Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in new condition. Sunglasses returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

FOOTWEAR
Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoebox, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, a customer service representative will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES ARE FINAL SALE:

CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS
Any item marked down 50% or more is considered a clearance sale item. All clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SWIMWEAR/BOXERS
All boxers and swimsuits and sale special items are final and non-refundable.

SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES?
No. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty.
 
I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG STYLE/COLOR/SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise—style, color, size—you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders. For instructions on how to return the item, refer to the section titled "How do I make a return or exchange?"
 
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

For returns and exchanges, please fill out the return form in full detail and send it along with the item(s) to the theCloset.com address.

Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 5-7 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to The Closet.

Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received.
 
  Follow these 4 easy steps:

    1. FILL IN your first name, last name, and order no. CHECK the appropriate box in the upper right hand corner of this form indicating whether you want a Refund or Exchange.

    2. FILL IN the “Returning these item(s)” section below, including the Reason Code. See REASON CODE KEY for the appropriate number.

    3. FILL IN the “Exchange with” section if you are making an Exchange.

    4. PACK & SECURELY SEAL the merchandise with the original packaging if possible. DO NOT FORGET to include both the Return/Exchange Form and Invoice in the return package.

    If you do not follow these 4 steps we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed in a timely manner.

    **We do not refund shipping charges.**


SHIPPING CHARGES:

EXCHANGES: We provide free shipping for exchanges within the Continental U.S.A. Unfortunately; we cannot extend this free shipping to international orders, or orders from Alaska or Hawaii.

RETURNS: You are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

IMPORTANT: Delivery confirmation alone in not sufficient. We are not responsible for return packages that are left outside of our warehouse by the shipper, as we will not be able to confirm that the package has been received by a customer care representative from our Return/Exchange Department.

INSURING your return packages to theCloset.com is highly recommended. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
